What we keep
What you give us as a client: your name and contact details, the goal and history you tell us, your check-ins and the answers in them, the photos and measurements you send, your training and meal logs, the messages between you and your coach, and the files you upload. If you book a posing session from this site, we keep the name, contact and time you entered.
If your coach reviews your training videos, the videos stay in the Google Drive folder they are shared in. Our system keeps the name, date, length and link of each video, and the comments written on it, so your coach can reply to a specific video. It does not copy or download the videos.
Where it is kept
On a server we run ourselves, in the United States, with the connection encrypted. Nothing is placed on a coaching platform that sells or shares access to its clients' records. The only outside services involved are the ones you already use with us: Google Drive for videos, and your phone's own app store for the app.
We do not run advertising trackers, analytics beacons or third-party cookies on this site or in the app. The app remembers your access code on your own device and nothing else about you outside our server.
Google Drive, specifically
To comment on your training videos, our system is signed in to Google Drive as your coach, with your coach's own Google account and permission. It uses that access for two things only: to list the video folder your coach names for you, and to read and post comments on the videos in it, in your coach's name. It reads nothing else in Drive, keeps no Google credentials of yours, and stores no video files. Your coach can end that access at any time from their Google account, and we delete the sign-in when they do.
Who can see it
Your coach, and any other coach on our staff your coach brings into your file. Nobody else. We do not sell, rent or share your record, and we do not use it to train or improve any outside service. If a law requires us to hand something over, we will tell you unless the law forbids it.
An assistant on our own system helps your coach read and draft; it works on our server, sees your file only when your coach is working on it, and never contacts you on its own.
Your rights
Get it
Ask, and you get your whole file: every check-in, photo, log and message, as files you can keep.
Correct it
Tell your coach what is wrong and it is corrected. Nothing is silently overwritten: the correction is written next to the original, with the date.
Delete it
When you stop coaching with us, your file is kept only as long as we need it to answer a question you might raise about your time with us, then removed on request or after two years, whichever comes first.
