About

One coach. Every word read.

Kayla coaches Valkyrie Fit. Not a team, not a tier of assistants: the person who writes your program is the person who reads your check-in and writes back.

How it started

Valkyrie Fit began as a spreadsheet and a group chat: a handful of people who wanted to get strong without being sold a transformation. The spreadsheet became a program book. The chat became a check-in. The rest is the same idea with better tools.

The tools matter less than the rule underneath them: nothing changes in your plan without a sentence that says why, and nothing you send goes unread.

The rules we hold ourselves to

  1. A written reply to every check-in. Within one working day. If the answer is "keep going", you still get the sentence.
  2. A reason for every change. A set added, a lift swapped, a deload called: each one comes with the why.
  3. Your record stays yours. Check-ins, photos and messages live on our own machine, never on a platform that sells access to them. Ask, and you get the file.
  4. No package outlives its use. When Foundations is enough, we say so, and we say it before you ask.

Where and when

In the gym

Sessions run at the gym in Springfield, weekday mornings and evenings, Saturday mornings.

Online

Anywhere with a phone. Your program and your check-in live in a small app that works without signal and sends when it has some.

Replies

Check-ins are read on the day they arrive and answered within one working day. Messages, usually sooner.
